O'Henry
11/16/16
Most of O'Henry's stories were romantic based on the hardships he endured throughout his whole lifetime
Another genre of his stories were comedy and pleasure explained all through humor
He had scarce and very different endings that the reader never expected
Henry worked in a drugstore that was owned by his uncle and he also attended school that was taught by his aunt
He began to write at the time of his marriage.
Later in his life, he was in embezzlement for bank funds
Friends aided for his flight to Hondorus hoping for a new life
However, he was inspired to come back to Austin to see everyone and he was inspired even more to write
After, he decided to fly to Columbus, Ohio to attend a convention
His wife died and he was now dedicated to writing full time and to make money by it.
Porter went to jail for red years and that gave him time to write.
Henry's book became famous and very popular around the time of his death day.
One of his best books are The Gifts of the Magi
He married again before his death that was very unhappy. He divorced and became alone again.
People found three more books of his after he had passed away in 1911.

Saints
11/3/16
This week I went to a mass where the whole big middle school dressed up as saints then after had a party and learned about each other's saints. In doing this, there was a great deal of work that came with which was studying dressing up and so many other Inge that are tiring to you and can drain a lot of time. This was my whole weekend and it was so hard to do a last minute. At the thing, we talked for about thirty eight minutes then we took some very lean the and long group photos that took up about ten or nine minutes to get set. It was so hard to breathe under what i was wearing. I couldn't breather or move at any movement. My saint was Benedict and he was a monk, I wore a long white beard and wore brown gown with a wig with white stuff that I thought looked weird but actually turned out looking like the real thing. After, we made a brochure that had as much information as I could put on there. Mine turned out pretty well. I got a good day and had no worries any the end of this. This is what I learned this week. This was fun and a creative to do and to participate in on Tuesday this week.
The pearl
10/26/16
The room was dark, cold and as quiet as a mouse. The coin ever so slightly rolled over the man's hand. Kino enters with confidences do wanting to get what he came for.
"You know what I came for"
"Could you remind me sir?"
Stared at each ore for a good long minute
The is cussing and arguing about the price to the pearl
"1000 is the most I'll give ya"
"Never his is a scam, my pearl is not fake."
The pearl buyer said its fake and ugly.
The others came in and told him the same thing.
In anger Kino screamed and killed the three men, raided the vault and ran. Instead of the other ending, this is what happened. Why do we have to leave today? This park is our nation's treasure. I feel like I should be guarding this park. This park preserves all the nation's history and serves as a reminder of what could happen if our country is divided. This park needs more recognition. I feel that we need to do more to promote this park and promote the rich history that took place at Gettysburg. One of the main reasons why I treasure this park so much is because of the respect and honor given to those who died fighting for other people's rights. Lincoln best demonstrated this through his speech. His speech stressed the freedom and liberty that all people should have. He did not focus on the North or the South, but talked about our nation, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. This is the story of Ichigo.

Max Spiers
10/18/16
This story is about how a man surprisingly died after doing a vey unusual and gruesome thing. This is a story about a British UFO researcher who has brought many conspiracies and many theory's about the world and what could happen if aliens were to come down the out home and take over the planet that which we all live on. This father of two and also UFO expert was found dead laying on his sofa in his own house. This was placed in Poland and this thing was very unusual for anyone to do. Max Spiers at the age of thirty nine was found dead. Max new something was wrong and then called his mother. He said that if anything happens to him in the next few days, investigate. Max was throwing up black liquid and no one knows what he was throwing up. Max said that many people wanted him dead and many people would do what they must just to get rid of Max permanently. People believe that Max's pharmacy gave him a tainted medication that he took, that has caused Max to start throwing up black liquid. There are doctors who want to see why this has happened, but the mother of Max decided to do it her self and investigate just like how her dead son told her to. This is a very sad and interesting topic to write about this week. This was my weekly blog. This is a current event in the world.

Appositives and Possesvie Nouns
10/4/16
Appositives
This week we learned about something so cool and easy to use in all of your writing and all of your narratives that will make it more descriptive and fun to read. These things are called appositives. They are another word that describes the subject that sits right next to the subject. For example Brad is a great pilot. That is a sentence without any appositive. The sentence Brad, the pilot is a sentence with an appositive. The appositive of this sentence is pilot. The appositive phrase is the pilot. The is the big difference between those to things having to do with appositives. These are cool because it gives you such a wide range of choices to describe your subject or indirect object. These are very easy to input in to your writing and to make your narratives much much better and very descriptive. These are similar to subject complements and object complements. The both of these two things rename something in the sentence and have very different meanings. Another things were possessive nouns. They shows who in the sentence owns what or who. There could be two very separate things of this that are very hard to under stand at first, but very easy to use once you master these skills and practice with this very own separate and joint possession nouns. This is what I learned in school this week in October. I mainly learned this skill in both of these in English Language Arts.

Zebra
10/3/16
Zebra
This was the scariest event that happened in Tallahassee, Florida. This news is buzzing within the city. This story is about a zebra's great adventure within the streets of the city. This is how it started. ZigZag was sent to a doctor to treat his broken leg. The doctor had to transport the zebra somewhere and keep him there. He found a man's yard that had a pen to hold him. George came out to give ZigZag some food when the wind blew the latch open. The zebra ran. The man was pretty combative and annoyed that our news crew was standing on his lawn. The zebra was running down the street and he kept running. ZigZag was running down 7th street. Out of no where, the zebra ran randomly right in the middle of street. Thump! ZigZag was hit by a cherry red car. Ruined, the car was. The lady was not mad that the car was totaled, she was so gracious and thankful that she was okay, and the zebra ZigZag was okay. The zebra ZigZag was on the ground twitching and spazzing out for about two to three minutes. She called Tallahassee police department to come help with this tragic and very startling situation with ZigZag the zebra. A young boy, working at his parent's diner on the same street where Zigzag was hit, he says that he saw ZigZag the zebra running down the street then occasionally walking and then running again. He then followed ZigZag the zebra for half a mile down the block and he said that he was going to show this unbelievable footage to his friend that's just around the corner where he was heading too. No one was hurt in this incident and he showed his friend. They decided to post this video on YouTube and it was then put up on the news. People were calling Tallahassee police department so they could come deal with the Zebra incident and finally put a stop to this zebra gone rogue. The doctor once again received the zebra again and shipped him home.

"The Lost One"
9/19/16
The first day is about is about the genre education and faith by Edward P. Jones takes place in a very bad place somewhere in the North East during somewhere around the eighties. It tells the story of a mom and a daughter who tries to her daughter into a good public school, aged both make it to the school that they want to and it is completely booked. They must fight to get her in a school, another school that they got to gave them a very bad vibe. This is where the stories really starts. Then at the line they get in but they have to sign a form, after that momma couldn't read so she was made fun of. Next they got through the form and finally got to go home. Momma knew that her daughter was going to get a good education while she got to go home. This is a summary of the book.
Theme
9/21/16
This week we learned about a topic that will help us in the future and right now in school. The things is theme. We learned that this is a lesson or the Moros of the story. We took notes on it and now I know that theme is not just a one word topic. Theme is something that describes the book and let's you know what the book is going to be about. For example the word school is not the theme in the book, but the phrase schools sucks is. That is the difference between these two. The theme describes what the book is going to be about. There can be multiple themes and multiple subjects. To help you find the theme, look at the front cover, watch out for the main character in the book, and to look at the setting or where the story takes place in the story, book, novel, or novella. We did a topic about the lesson theme, we chose four random movies that four students thought of and we got to choose which movie we chose to figure out the theme of. All of the groups came up with really good themes and this helped us so much. We read a short story in class and decided to find the theme of the short story. The theme was that every wants a good education. I saw other themes that were pretty close to my table's and my class learned so much in only thirty minutes. This is what I learned this week.
